Welcome to Villas Kiparissi. These fully renovated stone built villas (two hundred years old) lie approximately 3.5km from Gaios town centre and only 1.5km from the nearest beach. Kiparissi luxury villas are set in their own private grounds among olive trees, gardens and patios. These three attractively furnished properties are perfect choice for three friendly families with teenage children or friends, but still wishing to retain their privacy.
All aspects of Villas Kiparissi are finished to a very high standard by the owner who has  taken care over detail.
Villa Levanda
Villa Levanda. – Sleeps up to 4 persons.
This cozy villa has a fully equipped kitchen, dinning/living room, a separate doubled bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a door to pool terrace.
Villa Jasmine
Villa Jasmine – Sleeps up to 6 persons.
Downstairs there is one doubled bedroom with bathroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom, one bedroom with one single bed and a bathroom, a door to pool terrace and upstairs there is fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dinning room.
Villa Gardenia
Villa Gardenia. – Sleeps up to 4 persons.
This pleasant villa has two bedroom one double and one twin, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious comfortable sitting-dinning room which leads to the pool terrace.
The private swimming pool shared by the three villas offers a shady spot to enjoy a cool drink, making this a truly relaxing haven.
At the top of the garden there is a fully equipped BBQ with traditional cook oven and big table for twelve people.
When the Villa was originally built, over 200 years ago, it had built within the structure several defence measures to fend off the pirates that frequently raided Paxos homes. In the modernisation of the villas may of them are retained. Look above the main doors and you will see the outlet of the pipes that went through the wall to the inside of the house where the occupants used to pour hot olive oil on the pirates trying to break down the doors. By the side of the external doors and upstairs windows you will see the slots in the walls (now filled with glass) where the occupants fired upon the raiding pirates. We're pleased to say that things have now improved and you can be assured of peaceful and quiet stay in these luxury villas. Outside the surrounding wall there is free space for parking.
