Sophia Studios comprise of four two person studios and beautifully situated in the cool olive groves behind Gaios. Although quiet and peaceful the nearest beach is only 400 metres away and the studios are only four minutes walk from the tavernas, bars, shops and the nightlife of the town. Off road private car parking is available.

Each studio has air condition and a TV, one twin bedded room, fully equipped kitchen and dinning area and its own shower and toilet facilities. It is possible to sleep one extra person and a bed is provided. There is a delightful garden terrace directly at the front of the Studios where guests can eat, drink and relax in the sunshine. 

Makis Leisure Boats Gaios

Makis Tsagarakis who owns  Sophia Studios also owns a fleet of modern 5 metre fibreglass boats with 15hp, 18hp, 25hp & 30hp outboard motors. These family sizes boats can be hired by the day or week and will give holiday makers the opportunity to explore the dozens of small secluded bays on the east coast, or the dramatic shear cliffs and caves on the west coast of the island.

Makis is Paxos born and bred, knows the island and its people and the many delights for holiday makers like the back of his hand. Living in Gaios he is easily contactable and is pleased to offer advice on places to visit, quiet bays, restaurants and shops. His friendly but serious manner hides a strong sense of humour as his clients soon find out.
