Reluctantly we are selling our ground floor studio apartment situated just metres from the harbour. We now have two children and feel that a property with a small garden and with more bedrooms on the island would be more suitable. The property is currently used for residential purposes (our holidays) but it also could be used for commercial. We own the studio apartment outright and a straight forward sale could take place with no complications.

The property is open plan and is currently arranged as having:

Kitchen area: having two power points and single drainer stainless steel sink unit with cupboards below. Further floor cupboards with marble work-surface and all areas having tiled splash-back. There is also space for a fridge.

Bedroom Area: having two power points and ample space for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

Dining area: with space for a table and four chairs.

Bathroom/w.c.: This is a separate room and consists of a high level w.c., wash hand basin and shower tray. The floor is tiled with marble and has fully tiled walls.

We have obtained quotes for various works to be carried out by a very reputable builder on the island and we can supply details if required.

The property is a part of an old house and has the original stone flagged floor and beamed ceiling (currently covered with tongue and groove)

Since we have owned the property we have had it re-wired, decorated, new immersion heater and a new pump for the sterna. The sterna is situated under the stairs and this also could be removed to create further space (as we are now on mains water!)
