Kitchen: New modern kitchen with contemporary appliances including Bosch Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher & built in oven & separate ceramic hob. Kettle, sandwich press, coffee maker etc etc. Dining table & chairs.
Living Rooms: Open plan living area with plush sofas, dining table & chairs. 32" LCD TV & fireplace. Fully opening fold back patio doors leading to sea facing balcony with outside table & chairs. Separate door leads to 2nd balcony with sea views.
Other: Spacious lower level entrance hall leading to all bedrooms & downstairs bath/shower rooms. Door leading to outdoor BBQ terrace with flower borders & natural stone walls.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Maid service 3 times a week. Linen change twice weekly. Towels provided.

Notes on accommodation
Fully air conditioned bedrooms. Mosquito mesh blinds in every window. Suitable for children although balconies are on 1st floor.

Accessibility
The property has an entrance door from a pretty courtyard on the ground level into spacious hallway leading to all bedrooms & shower rooms etc. However there is no wheelchair access to upper level (Kitchen & living area & balconies) NB: Bathrooms & shower rooms are standard & do not have handles, taps etc especially for disabled persons

About the owner
My name is Gerasimos (Jeremy) and I have now completed my home called Villa Elpida (Villa Hope) I was very lucky to be born on Paxos and it is my home. Many people will know my family as we own Roxy Bar and boat hire in Loggos. My brother Kostas and I manage the bar and welcome back many friends and customers every year. The land on which my house is built was given to me by my Grandmother and in her memory I have built my beautiful home. I look forward to sharing it with you.
