The location of the Bella Vista Villa is perfect for a peaceful, relaxing holiday and the centre of Lakka village with its tavernas, bars, cafes and shops is only 180 metres away, a 5 minute downhill walk, or 2 minutes by car. If you prefer to use the island's bus, which runs regularly throughout the day ,there is a bus stop right outside the house.

This spacious, ground floor apartment has a large veranda, bordered by lemon trees, with a breathtaking sea view across Lakka harbour - the ideal place to relax, sunbathe and relish the tranquillity of Paxos.

With its breathtaking sea view across Lakka harbour and beyond to Corfu and the Greek mainland, Bella Vista House offers the opportunity for an extra special holiday in one of the very best locations above the harbour-side fishing village of Lakka.

The village of Lakka has numerous tavernas, offering a wide choice of Greek and international cuisine, as well as cafes, cocktail bars and an interesting variety of specialist shops.

Lakka is on the shore of a magnificent natural harbour which has three sandy beaches, ideal for swimming.

Gaios, the island's capital and largest village, with it's charming harbour front, many shops, tavernas, banks, Post Office and museum, is just 8 kilometres from the village of Lakka, 15 minutes by car. Alternatively you can catch the bus on the main road to take you to Gaios or to Loggos, another enchanting fishing village with tavernas and cafes.

Bella Vista Villa is beautifully appointed with air-condition. It offers two bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a double bed; a large sitting-dining room with satellite television and CD/DVD player; a very well equipped kitchen including microwave, mixer, toaster, iron and ironing board; 2 bathrooms with shower and hair-drier; use of a washing machine and fresh hot water 24 hours a day.

Bella Vista Villa has two extra sofa beds, if needed.
There is gated, private parking in front of the house.
The price for Bella Vista Villa includes a Welcome Hamper on arrival, maid service three times a week (or six times a week on request for an additional cost of 45 euros a week); a change of towels twice a week and use of washing machine.
Car/boat/bike hire/ can be arranged.!!!
