Location – Small walk from Gaios
Size – Two Bedroom (1 master & 1 double bed & 2singles), single-storey villa (about 70 – 80sq m). Set in mature gardens.
Description - The house is set in a small village in Makratika a short walk through the olives groves to Gaios.
The House – Single-storey villa built in the 1970's with an open plan living room/dining/kitchen area, two bedrooms and a newly installed bathroom. All windows newly installed with mosquito blinds and shutters.

Access – Access is via the lane through the village but as there is no through traffic it is very quiet.
Distance – There is a small quiet beach just outside of Makratika in the olive groves and another in Gaios about a ten minute walk away. The wonderful beaches of Anti-Paxos can be reached by speed boat sea taxi from Gaios in just15 minutes.
Distance to super markets – There is a wide selection of supermarkets in Gaios, a 10 minute walk or very short drive away.Distance to tavernas / Restaurants – There is a wide selection of tavernas in Gaios and a couple situated a five minutes walk from the house.
